NXT AI is an AI receptionist for local service businesses. It texts back missed calls, answers new leads in seconds, books the job and follows up, so fewer customers slip away to the next company on the list.
Why we built it
Plumbers, electricians, cleaners and other trades are usually busy doing the work, not sitting by the phone. When a call goes to voicemail, many customers just call someone else. A full-time receptionist is out of reach for most small businesses, and generic software is built for big offices, not for someone on a job site.
We built NXT AI to close that gap: a simple app that covers the phone and the inbox for about the price of a tank of gas a week.

Local and growing
NXT AI is built in Ontario, Canada, and the app runs on servers in Toronto. We're starting with service businesses here in Ontario and working closely with our first clients to make the product fit how they actually work.
